Tapered Threaded Coupling

Has anyone heard of a requirement for Tapered Threaded Coupling on RGS? Is this even available? I thought all Fitting where required to be tapered but coupling always were straight threads. Only champfered on the ends.
 
Not unless you doing plumbing work. The requirement is for a 1 in 16 taper (3/4" taper/ foot). Look at 344.28.
