Tapping Service Conductors

When tapping a paralleled service conductor should both conducters be tapped to keep the wire resistances the same?

It does not matter if it is a service conductor or not.


A paralleled conductor is considered to be the same as a single conductor as long as they are the same from end to end and terminated at the same place.

tapping off of one of the conductors and not the other would be making one conductor substantially different.
