I have a situation where a 75kva transformer is feeding a 200A load center. The transformer and load center are right next to each other. The largest breaker available for the load center is 100A. I have a new piece of equipment arriving that requires a 125A feeder. The calculated load for the load center is less than 75A. Can I double lug the transformer secondaries and feed the load center and a fused disconnect that is within 10' of the transformer?

I would think that as long as your transformer primary protection complies with 450.3 there would be no problem with your plan. See also 240.21 (C)
It's as fairly common practice.
