Any of you teachers out there?? Maybe have used some of Holt's books??? Do you recommend any??? I'm going to invest in some books soon and I would like to know if any are really really good. I just purchased one from the local book store and it cost almost 80 bucks. Now I need to buy the teacher's edition for a answer key for $40 more. ugh! So before I buy anymore I thought I would get some thoughts from you guys.

Thnx in advance.

Re: Teachers

I use only Mike Holt texts, they are the best available.
If you are registered as an instructor with Sarina, then you can get desk copies of his texts to use, assuming of course you will be using his texts in your classes.
"Will give you the lamp but you have to buy the oil" Mike Holt.
Also you can get the power point graphics.
I have purchased 1,000 of books from Mike. I always give a book to my students
His Understanding the NEC is outstanding!

Re: Teachers

I agree that Mikes material is very good, but Tom Henry, James Stallcup, and there are others that deserve mention as well.
