It looks like I’m going to be assigned to a kitchen upfit.
To rehab. the room at a local technical college.

I haven’t received the drawing yet.
I’ve worked in kitchens at various levels, both active and new.

Besides refreshing myself with some Articles.
I was wondering if anyone would feel free to share some
of your experiences, things to watch out for, things one can’t do,
things you found that need to happen with dealing with the other trades.

Anything and all is fair game. I’ll thank you in advance.

The fortunate thing about teaching kitchen is that you are allowed to use T.220.55 based on the Note 5 at the bottom of the table. The appliances must be household units.

Also everything will have to be gfci rated if they are plug in units.

Oh I wasn't following you. You mean it's a Home Economics class room. That'll be interesting.
That's one kitchen you can expect all the stoves to be on at the same time. ;)
