I have a ground system for a few telecom rooms that hits the main grounding electrode system of a building then hits the 6 telecom rooms that is ran in EMT. Does this EMT have to be boded per 250.64 (E)

The SSGB grounding conductor should not be placed in ferrous metallic conduit. If local building
codes require metallic conduit or sleeves, the grounding electrode conductor
shall be bonded to
each end of the conduit using a listed grounding bushing or a bonding jumper of the same size, or
coarser than, the required enclosed grounding electrode conductor (ANSI-J-STD-607-A-2002,

ANSI T1.334-2002, ANSI T1.313-2003 and NFPA 70-2005, Article 250.64(E)).

This is from Motorola's R-56 standards for communication sites.
