How to guarantee the operation of telecommunication systems in case of lightning strike 200ka since its grounding rods interconnected with lightning rods?

Lightning strike with 200kA is pretty rare. A 18kA lightning strike is commonly used for design..........

US courts have stopped considering lightning damages an act of God in the sense adequate protection could be provided.
