Telephone equipment location

Other than bad design, is there anything that would prohibit the telephone patch panels from being located in the restroom of a business. It would seem that moisture could be an issue however there are no showers or similar fixtures in the spaces. The code does not seem to prohibit this type of install. Any help on code compliance issues?

Since the Code doesn't prohibit distribution panelboards in commercial and industrial bathrooms, I don't see why you couldn't install them there. I am just using a bit of logic here and do not know for sure.
