good luck. I've priced a few this past year and the bids were all over the place. you could lose your shirt if you undr bid the unit price because you didn't understand exactly how much work was involved in the controls. The ones that I bid the low price was almost 1/2 of my price - good luck to them I said and happily walked away.
The jobs I bid were old work though.
