Kohler is bringing 4 tailer mounted temp genys to to the job site and I got to inspect there work. Any tips of what to look for besides correct wiring size for the breakers?

More infomation would be helpful.

What is the application?

Will they be hardwired to something or will it all be cord and plug connected?

As iwire indicated the information provided is a bit sketchy
Is each genset supplying separate loads and not paralleled?
Remember that breakers do not protect the generator unless specifically specified by the genset manufacture to do so, that the generator should be sized to supply the anticipated load.
Regarding breakers" breakers protect cable and cables are sized to carry the calculated load. As such start with the distribution system and what your intent is in distributing the power first, decide what branch circuits you require, size the cable accordingly, and then select breakers to protect the cable of each branch circuit.
This goes back to iwire's last point ?Will they be hardwired to something or will it all be cord and plug connected??

I would also consider the gen set as a separate source, grounding it as one would a newly derived system.
