Temp power and lighting

Say your bidding a 20kft? to 40kft? project and need to supply single phase temp power for the duration of the project. Do you use some kind of formula?

I tend to wing a number but feel as of late I'm falling short.

1 watt per square foot, unless you know of some special load.

And what number do you put on that watt?

I put one circuit with 2 gfci recp per 5000 sq ft. and 1 100 ft light string per 1000 sqft. you will have to use whatever labor unit and markup you normally use for this install. but this is the formula we use for temp power
