Temp power design

I have a job that requires temp power to office trailers and tradesmen Conex. How would you go about laying out the temp power to the office trailers and tradesmen Conex? The office trailers and Conex are single phase.

1. 480v MMC feed
2. (2) office trailer with 200amp panels each.
3. (5) tradesmen Conex at 60 amps each.

Do you have any idea what the actual loads will be? Certainly a 200 amp office panel would not have 200 amps of load.
