Temperature Rating of Panel board

Recently I have tried to find a temperature rating on some new Square D and GE residential panel boards but I have been unable to find any. The last that I saw, the panelboards and the typical circuit breakers were rated for 60 deg C. Is the typical residential panelboard and breakers still rated for 60 deg C and therefore, require the use of conductors sized for 60 deg C.

Yes most modern, name-brand (like Square D) equipment like this is rated for up to 75 degree C terminations.
