Code requires that PVC be listed, does not specify the requirements. As far as I know, all of it is listed for 90 degrees C, code limits it to installations were ambient is 50 degrees C or lower.
PVC 50 degrees c ambient, rated for 90 c wire. help I do not understand. ( 50 c what article 2011 code )
It's article 352.12 (D) and (E) in the 2008 NEC, I do not believe it changed in the 2011.
