I am working on a quick disconnect generator project and creating a cost estimate. We have seven generators in storage, consisting of three 300 kW, two 400 kW, and two 500 kW units.

I have obtained a list of buildings from the user, which includes over 30 buildings. My task is to determine which generator can power each building. To do this, I have researched the Main Distribution Panel (MDP) size for each building and performed calculations to determine the required generator size.
For example, Building 40 has an MDP size of 208Y/120 3P 4W 1000A. Using the formula:

I calculated that the required generator size is 287.87 kW. Since we have a 300 kW generator available, I know it can handle the load.
To bring the 300 kW generator to the building and connect it to the Main Distribution Panel, what line items do I need to include in my estimate? The goal is to power the critical circuits with the generator.

We already have the 300 kW generator on standby, and the MDP is already installed in the building. This will be a temporary generator setup, which will be used for 3 to 4 days when the building experiences an outage. After that, the generator will be returned to storage and made available for use in other buildings.

Currently, my estimate includes a manual transfer switch and a safety switch. I am also considering sizing the wire and conduit, as well as Camlock connectors. However, I lack experience in this area and am unsure what other equipment I may need.
 
This is the premium cost way to do this. You should obtain the peak usage data from each building and then base your transfer switch size, breaker and feeder from that. You can decide a reasonable multiplier, but 1.25 times the peak should give you plenty for expansion. From there, especially if you have the time to wait for the transfer switches. Lead times are disgusting today. Get an MTS with the camlocks factory installed. However, you don't describe your set up. Specifically send us a sketch of the riser, showing the service disconnect and its location, in relation to the MDP, because if your MDP has the service disconnect integral with it, then how are you planning on feeding everything? Lets start there.
 
If you base it on the MDP ampacity, then 1000A at 208V, 3 phase is 360kVA. If the load power factor is close to unity, then you need at least a 360kW generator. More than likely, after analyzing the actual load using utility demand metering info, or actually metering yourself through the a worst case 30 day period, you could likely use a smaller generator.

I just go the meter reading from power company and reading already have multiplier. I got max demand load for this six building Bldg. 1 = 15.728 kW, Bldg 2 = 5.56 kW, Bldg 3 = 20.68 kW, Bldg 4 = 10.484 kW, Bldg. 5 = 83.58 kW, Bldg. 6 = 75.03 kW.

Most important if you are asking us to help you from here is for you to post exiting riser diagrams. They can be hand sketched and crude, but need to show, service entrance, service disconnect panel to be fed, where neutral and ground are bonded and where you expect to insert the MTS. Also a physical layout of all the above. for each location.
