I will be installing a temporary gas dispensing pump and tank self-contained (4,000 gal.). I'll be coming out of a job site trailer with my wiring which will be 3/4" rigid metal conduit with sea-offs. The tank is 100 feet from the trailer. I will have an emergency gas shut off 30 feet from the gas pump. The pump operates on 120 volts. The breaker I will install will be a 2-pole breaker at the trailer to break both the hot and the grounded conductor. There will be no truck traffic over my conduit.
Question No. 1: How deep must I bury the 3/4" rigid metal conduit?
Question No. 2: Do I need ground fault protection for the gas pump?
