Ten circuits to pull box. Sharing ground to breaker panel

I have ten 20A circuits that will connect in a pull box. If I bond the ground wires in the pull box, how do I determine the correct AWG for the grounding conductor to the panel?

Base it on the largest conductor in the pull. By the way, if there is ten circuits , there is also the de-rating comes into play. Your wire sizes should be #10 minimum for the 20 amp circuits.

If the circuits are run separately into the pull box??

The ten circuits will be NM 12/2 from the addition circuits to the pull-box. THHN will run from the pull-box to the breaker panel. I was planning a ground bar in the pull box for all the circuits with a AWG 10 ground wire from the ground bar to the panel. Sound to code?
