In Tennessee is there a Journeyman to Apprentice Ratio requirement? For a job with 20 Electricians how many of them would be required to be Journeyman?

The State of TN has no ratio requirement (some local jurisdictions do**).
To my knowledge, there is no "journeyman" license available from the State.
A State C-E license is required for contracting jobs over $ 25,000. The persons working under that license are not required to hold a license.
** The City of Chattanooga is one jurisdiction that has a journeyman's license but no ratio.
