If I have 2 sets of parallel feeders and the EGC from 1 passes unbroken through both bond bushings yet both terminate on the same 2 barrel lug is this compliant?

I would say it's complaint because it would accomplish the same thing as if both EGCs landed directly on the double barrel lug and a third bonding jumper across both bonding bushing were used.

There is no third bonding jumper. One of the parallel EGC's goes directly to the lug, the other passes unbroken through both bond bushings then goes to the lug.
