So am I correct in saying when you terminate RMC into a box/enclosure you could have the following terminations?

1. Locknut & bushing
2. Hub on end of conduit which would go into a knockout
3. Female hub on box so you would just thread the conduit into the hub?

I had some 1/2” metal bushings and would use with one locknut. Not sure where they came from.
Had those in 1/2 and 3/4 and most, but not all were insulated throat.

There is a company now, Kist Corp, that makes them in multiple sizes and the metal surface is smoothly rounded and there is no need for an insulated throat.

a bushing and 1 locknut are still ok as far as I know but If I recall that is for 250 volts to ground or less. 480 needs two locknuts
The bushing I provided a link to is listed as both a bushing and a locknut, so, even on 480, you can use that bushing with a single locknut.
