I am trying to understand different terminology related to elevators. I am confused with three definitions:
1. Rated motor output
2. Rated controller output
3. And then there is system power required.
They give you fuse size for 208v,3phase as 35A which comes from nameplate ampsx1.25 but where did that nameplate amps come from? Is it from NEC table 430.250? Nameplate amps corresponds to 10HP on table 430.250. Am i right?
Also if anyone can elaborate a little bit on three definitions above that would be much appreciated.
