Tesla charging pedestal

What would the MINIMUM requirement be for a pad to support a Tesla pedestal? This is next to a condo parking lot.

Maybe an 8" concrete block buried on its side?

Thanks Dennis. Something like this is what is needed. The pedestal is 4' tall so that is a lot of potential leverage. Something narrow and shallow will not withstand any lateral force on the pedestal.
