Does anyone know what components i will need to order?
i need to assemble a 400 amp service with two 200 amp meters. one will need to have a test block in it, so i can not use a meter pack that i am use to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a 480V service for city light? I did a 2 200amp socket 480 volt service in Seattle a few years ago and IIRC They require block bypass on self contained meter sockets for 480 volt services. IT was a bit odd looking, I think it was the first time I saw a block bypass (the bypass terminal block was part of the socket, no separate parts to get). I think any supply house in the area will have a list and stock approved meter sockets for the surrounding utilities.

Check with the Power Company servicing the area, they should have a service guide available. Try their website first.

Yep, city of Seattle. But just single phase. I'll check Seattle city lights Web site. Just really not familiar with this kind of set up, so any input is helpful. Thanks guys.
