My last ? before turning in my test - I need help!

1) in a 22 m high educational building, the emergency system control coductors installed between the transfer equipmant and the emergency generator shall not be :
a) permited to be installed with other emergency wiring?
b) in a listed electrical circuit protective system with a 1-hour fire rating
c) Imbedded in not less then 50 mm of concrete
d) installed in spaces protected by an approved atomatic fire suppression system

I choose d but am not absolutely sure.

I appreciate your help on finding the answer!

700.99(D)(1) Feeder-Circuit Wiring indicates that b, c, and d are applicable. I haven't found anything that specifically rules out a, but I'm looking

Oops, thats for buildings above 23m in height. Back to the book...

It should have been 700.9(D)(1). Also, I wonder if an educational building could be considered to have occupancies in excess of 1000 people fo rthe purposes of this question. Obviously depends on the size of the building, and they didn't provide that information.

Sorry to hear that. I've had my head in the BOOK for a while now getting ready for my state licensing exam, so I feel part of your pain.

Good luck.
