Hi everyone I have been a long time follower casual poster. I have been an electrician since I'm about 16 so almost 15 yerlars now. I genuinely love the trade ,doing the work and taking pride in doing it right and neat and so on. These past 2/3 years I started getting into the NEC after taking a couple of prep classes for my NJ license. And wow there's a ton of information that can really make you see things literally. For instance I was just doing an at home work problem regarding motors, FLC,FLA. Branch circuit conductors overloads ocpd etc. I started to realize after a few hours 20 or 30 problems in i started getting wrong answers due to looking at the wrong FLCs in the table. One question would word it for instance single phase 230v 5 hp motor, then another would be 230 v 1 hp 3 phase and it can really make your eyes wonder and see things wrong. Do any of you guys have any tips, suggestions for studying . And working out these problems not necessarily motor questions but calculations In general... Sorry for the rambling and ty in advance
