What I can't figure out is how to have the link say something like "John's photobucket album"

John just type the text you want then highlight it. Then use the hyperlink icon

to type in the actual link.

Or, you can put in a link, then type over the second h t t p part. It will be highlighted as soon as you click OK to the link insertion.
