Testing LIM panels

A hospital is asking me about testing their Line Isolation Monitor (LIM) panels. I know that there is an instrument that measures leakage current, and another instrument that creates a simulated leaky load, however I can't find any manufacturers who make such instruments. Can anyone suggest a manufacturer?

To go along with Brians post, we normally use Square D's field services to test and commission our ISO panels, but that is due to the fact that we usually use their panels.

Makes sense, we have an independent tester that has basically done the same thing.

We also do our own testing on existing installations but it is somewhat a "conflict of interest" on new installs so we contract it out.
