Does anyone know the ul standard for bonding & grounding certificate for a commercial swimming pool, thse test as necessary in nj to obtain a electrical certificate of approval from the municipality

I don't have an answer, but then again I'm not sure I understand the question.
Do you mean a tested level of competance? I have never heard of this being required.
We wire according to the NEC or local ammendments and that's it.
There is no rule, like the 25 ohm ground rod rule, that I am aware of.

Kenny, maybe you should start by asking the municipality. If they're looking for a certification, then surely they must know from whom such certification should come.
