I have a pressurized vessel that appears on the outside to not be grounded to the plant ground system. My old archive drawings state that the vessel is bonded to the plant ground system, but I don't think it is. Is there a guideline or recommended test to prove the vessel adequately grounded?

Thanks

What's in the vessel will determine what standard to use for bonding. Is there any devices on or in the vessel that use electrical power.
Recommended test, use a ohm meter between the vessel and a known bonding point.
