texas, alabama ec license to quailify

have texas, and alabama ec license,s, would like to quailify company, or individail. tried craigs list for years, no luck. would anyone have any suggestions where i could advirtise for this?

If you "qualified" them wouldn't you have to be on site a substantial part of the time to actually supervise? Maybe no one is interested in paying your travel expenses.
