Text Delay

I manage the email account for one of my customers PLC alarm notifications. I know when it occurs (lower Left) vs when it is sent (upper right). Occasionally there are hours between the times. Any idea why the delay?



Some of these alarms are rather time sensitive and occur while no operators are present.

Can you look at the message headers in the email to see the paths it took and where it might have been delayed?

They are text messages sent to cell phones via vtext.com
The message in an email I got indicated both phone #s, that should have received the texts, were offline. Their phones were both turned off, at least for the above alarm. It may be as simple as that for this one.

I will check the paths of emails sent to me that appear to be delayed.
