tffn for control wire

is it allowable to use wire with tffn insulation for wiring the control in a contactor box? the wires will not go out of the enclosure

From what I could find on short notice, Type TFFN can be used for:

Article 402 Fixture Wire,
Article 620 Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators, Moving Walks, Platform Lifts, and Stairway Chairlifts
Article 725 Class 1 Circuit Conductors
Article 760 Fire Alarm Systems

Stated on the linked page:

Southwire Type TFFN or MTW or AWM may be used as fixture wire, machine tool wiring, or appliance wiring material as specified in the National Electrical Code

The latter two applications are dependent on the multiple insulation typing.
