I can not find in my NEC code book what size of a conduit i need for 36 runs of 8 awg tffn and 20 runs of 10 awg wire. Anyone out there that can help.

Considered mulitiple conduits, this is for speakers in a large indoor sports arena.

I'm cuious as to what you're using #8 TFFN for? Do they even make it in #8?
I'm more curious as to why anyone would consider running that many 8's and 10's in one conduit!!!???

Are the sizes before or after derating?

Either way, for that many conductors I'd be looking at multiple conduit runs or perhaps metal wireway...

Maybe it's control wiring.
All the more reason to use wireway... no derating req'd for such (i.e for typical control signal wires). However, one is still limited to 20% fill.

But then again, 8's and 10's aren't your typical control wire sizes, are they?
