The difference between NEC and CEC？

Does anyone know the difference between NEC and Canadian Electrical Code？ Especially in underground conduit and lighting protection system.

Lightning Protection Systems are not under the scope of the NEC or CEC.

See the NFPA 780 / ANSI-UL 96A for US standards on lightning protection and CAN/CSA B72-M87 (R2008) for Candian lightning protection standards.
