Found in a trailer house/mobile home wall. FPE. There are no conductors left in the burnt portion. The guys replaced this section. He declined further repairs on three other circuits. They are working, lights are on, so he is happy. Yes, he has smoke detectors, and yes, his invoicing will indicate he declined the additional repairs.
