It is the closing date for Comments for the 2011 NEC cycle.
We are closing all threads that originated before July 14, 2009 or do not have an active Comment to develop. Expressing opinions about Panel Actions or Statements without submitting a semi-formal comment for development will either be closed or relocated as indicated here. I had permitted a looser format in the interim between Proposal closing and now, but it is time to refocus on actual Comment development.
