The world we live in?.

Are there no good people in the world? It seems as though we, boy scouts, are few and far between. Treat others the way you want to be treated, common courtesy?! If you have something to say, say it to the face of the person. Look someone in the eye while shaking there hand? firmly. Your word was all that you need. Disagree with someone?s opinion but don?t hold them down or belittle them

I have done and said a lot of things I am not proud of. I pray God will forgive me. Let go of the hate. I guess I?m growing up but I try not to be angry all the time. Life is too short. I noticed that I?m not in a rush so much anymore (not that I don?t push myself at work).

I believe that every little step a person takes makes it that much better of a world.
It seems everyone is out for themselves. People seem so angry.

I guess I proved my point. LOL.

This is a forum for Eletrical related topics and I was venting about some issues in the world and workplace.

This will help, move south, hate to say it but true, I have lived in 14 cities in 12 states, traveled everywhere, and came south for 1 reason only, the people and the values.

I have always been a door holder, dont know why, raised that way I guess and liked when the old ladies say "thank you", moved down south and was a little peturbed at first because no one ever said thank you for holding the door, then I figured out why, because thats what you do, it is the rule not the exception and that is the slight but signifigant shift in values you see here, my kids will grow up wit them and be better for it, sure there are some jerks, but not as many.

end rant

I have noticed that in New Hampshire. People waive as you drive by.

Just a nod and smile seems too much for some.

I wave at people constantly. I'm just afraid that if I don't, they'll be a customer that feels slighted. Normally, I can't even make out who it is coming the other way, but I wave anyhow.
