Therapeutic tub receptacles

How close to a non-powered therapeutic tub can a receptacle be installed in a SPA facility? My enterpretation is that they have to be 6' from the inside wall of the tub based on the code references below.:confused:

680.2 Definitions, Permanently Installed Swimming, Wading, Immersion and Therapeutic Pools. Those that are constructed in the ground or partially in the ground, and all others capable of holding water in a depth greater than 1.0 m (42 in.), and all pools installed inside of a building, regardless of water depth, whether or not served by electrical circuits of any nature.

680.61 Permanently Installed Therapeutic Pools.
Therapeutic pools that are constructed in the ground, on the ground, or in a building in such a manner that the pool cannot be readily disassembled shall comply with Parts I and II of this article.

680.22 (A) Receptacles.
(2) Other Receptacles, Location. Other receptacles shall be not less than 1.83 m (6 ft) from the inside walls of a pool.

Is this a therapeutic pool or tub?

A Therapeutic tub needs to meet the requirements of 680.62 and receptacles are permitted within 6' provided that they are GFCI protected.

This is a therapeutic tub. I read 680.62 to pertain to patients that are not mobil. This tub is located in a massage treatment room.

680.62 pertains to tubs, not patients, that are not easily moved or that are fastened or secured at a specific place.

I guess the question is this an in ground permanently install Therapeutic Pool or a tub. I agree with Chris if this is a tub.
 
I agree, that was my first thought but got confused with all of the different codes that COULD apply. 680.62 (E) would apply allowing a receptacle within 6' if GFCI protected.
