What do you see more in the spec when RGS or PVC is underground....THHN/THWN or XHHW? Thanks.

Municipal work is the only place I see insulation types specified that I noticed.
And that is XHHW copper.
I specify XHHW as well for my own design build stuff with lots of PVC underground branch circuits and long pulls.
Other than that THHN is fine.
(I mean -2 for all of the above as well)
