three meters to same suite

I have 3 meters servicing three different panels in the same suite Each meter is 2oo amps from a meter bank, the main is 1000 amp.
the buses are rated at 1250 amps in the meter bank .Question
what is the best way to put all sub panels on one meter? can we use
a gutter to achieve this by taps.

I'm guessing that this is a strip center and thus the three meters. Problem is, you put them all on one meter, then that business goes out and then you have to put them back on three meters, probably best just to leave it.

I think the problem is that once you get over a 400 amp rating then the power company will want ct's. This means redoing the entire setup
