Three phase load remaining?

I have a 1600 amp 480v distribution panel that I need to know how much more I can add to it. Any help is appreciated.
100A 3ph 20 ton A/C
100A 3ph 20 ton A/C
100A 3ph 25 ton A/C
100A 3ph Sub panel
100A 3ph Sub panel
100A 3ph Sub panel
100A 3ph Sub panel
30A 3ph Cooling Tower control panel

As the other stated, you need each actual load value, not that of the breakers.

The only things one can even get close with is the mentioned 20 and 25 ton AC units. Get even closer if one knew efficiency and any aux loads that might be included with those circuits. But a 100 amp subpanel with no other details could have anywhere between 0 and 100 amps of load.
 
How much load do you need to add ?
Although using breaker size is a poor way to determine load, as wwhitney points out you presently have 730 amp possible load.
If you can confirm your 1600 amp panel has feed and OCP accordingly, you should be able to add 870 amps of non-continuous load.
