Trying to Temp up this motor if possible

It's for a compressor controlled by a pressure switch

When I push the contact in the motor starts which tells me overloads are okay possibly a bad coil unit any way to verify

When you push the contactor in it bypasses the overload relay interlock so all that tells you is you have power coming into the contactor and going out the contactor.

There's only so many things that can go wrong with something this simple. Just eliminate them one by one.

It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks like the cable with black/white is the pressure switch, one lead to L1 and the other to the coil. Check. But I don’t see any control wire connection to either L2 or L3, which should go through the OL contacts to the other coil terminal. It almost looks like the 2 wires leading to the OL contacts both land on the other coil terminal.
Again, hard to tell for certain.
