Hi ..... I'm relatively new to the field, and I had a basic question. I have a wye connected system at 277/480 3phse with a connected load of 9600VA. How would one convert this to single phase at 120/240V? Would I need to pull out the voltage and multiply the result by the 240V?

i.e. 9600VA/(480V*1.73) = 11.5A * 240V = 2760VA

I think I'm missing a step, but I'm not sure.

Thanks,

Frankie

Its simply 9600/240 volts = 40 amps
