Through the house roof wire way - what would you use?

I am getting a new roof on my house and want to install an entrance way to run low voltage wires, antenna feed from things on my roof into my attic. It is a typical sloped (20 degrees) asphalt shingled roof. I am thinking of installing something like an electrical service mast as the head already has waterproof seals for the wires to pass through.

I am leery of using an electrical service mast per se as it might be against its intended usage and in violation of something in the NEC. (Back in the day I had a decent working knowledge of the NEC but that was looooong ago)

My other thought is to use a 'J' EMT but IDK what type of waterproof head could be attached to run the wires through. A 1-1/2" or 2" hole is too big to be stuffed with duct seal. I'd also have to clamp the EMT to a rafter in the attic where as some versions of a service mast bolt to the roof (preferred).

So my question is: What would you propose/use that is similar to an electrical service mast? Pointers to components to consider?

I definitely want the pipe to be metal, not PVC. Using metal raceways that one typically see for rooftop PVC installations are overkill. I don't want to run thinwall/emt down the side of my house and punch a hole through the brick work.
Thanks
