I am splicing into existing conductors and not sure if they are UV rated the conductor part # 250 MCM THW 600V E14656K UL. The conductors go from a weather head to stadium lights

I don't believe THW is sunlight resistant but THW-2 is sunlight resistant...I don't know if it depends on the manufacturer or not

If the wire is sunlight resistant it will say so on the insulation

The conductor are old and was not sure if the THW changed to THW-2.
