Seems one could have used their web page or open a Page and used Tools, & Windows Update.
Haven't they changed it at least twice in the past five years ?

I can't remember if I changed my own time this round or not, what was it two weeks ago?
Well mine didn't trip like the OP's did this AM.

Remember that Windows has dropped support for 98, so one can't go there for any update of that platform!
And I can almost bet that 98 will not handle IE #8, now sitting out in I-space!

I remember my friend cursing, Mr. Bill. But then again he's running the power house NT software also left by the roadside.
I'll give him a call later, for a time check!

If the gubbamint would quit messin' around with the clock, we wouldn't have to spend two days of our year just going around resetting all our clocks. It's officially called "Daylight Saving Time" (no plurals), but I sure don't save any daylight with the whole concept.

Besides, clocks are strictly a human invention. How can moving the hands or pushing the buttons on a clock going to make the sun stay above the horizon any longer than it normally does?

If I've been 'saving daylight' all these years, when do I get to make a withdrawal?
