Time Delay fan switches

This is so mundane I cringe at wasting your time on it, but...

A client seeks a time delay on dropout wall switch. The purpose is to leave the bathroom vent fan on a few minutes longer.

Air King made a AKDT60 that was one better; fan and light came on together, then light goes off with the switch but the fan lingers a few minutes. But it seems that model is made from Unobtanium, and is nowhere to be found.

Any suggestions for alternatives that fit into a duplex box?

I use this one....

And this one....

On every single house I've wired for the last 5 years.

The issue is it's a quad box with light, fan & heat switches. (1 vert, 2 horz.)
If I get a dual fan/light one, it should be narrow enough to allow an adjacent switch as well.
And a single lever switch is more likely to be narrow enough.

The timer switch I linked above combined with this ….

Then they’d match

Quad box? Assuming whatever that means you have a two gang opening?

multiple switch device for the light and heat, old school countdown timer for the fan works for me.

With said timer you turn it on and don't have to turn it off, it times out.

If you want light and fan on same switch, so what. You probably have a 13-15 watt LED for light, that isn't breaking the bank if it is on for 10-30 minutes after you leave the room, the fan is likely drawing minimum 50 - 100 watts

Some of the old ones are available on ebay, try searching "fan light delay switch"
Air King AKDT60W seems to be discontinued, but there are several listed on ebay.
Broan Nutone 64W seems to be a current product; the center off seems like unnecessary complexity, unless the default snap action jumps past it.

Cheers, Wayne

Thanks for the suggestions.
Yes, a 2-gang wall opening.
Yes, we can put the light and fan together, but that leaves the heater.

Looking at the eBay Air King and Broan, but wondering about a proper wall plate for both one of them, and a single gang switch for the heater. Ditto other choices.
