I know this is a broad question and I understand there are factors that matter that may be unknow to you but I’ll give some important highlights.

Our work is only power, lighting and tele/data outlets.

  1. Space is wide open, demoed and gutted.
  2. All MC cable.
  3. No new circuits out of panel. Connecting all to existing circuits in boxes already tag and labeled in space.
  4. Tele/data outlets on ¾” stub an d cat 6 back to closet in room.

Do you think this could be done in about 5 weeks, 2 men?

Yes. of course.

Are you including rough, then wait for trim out?
Are their any short walls that would require drilling the slab going down then drilling back up in the wall?

No drilling at all. Yes all work. We are able to leave site and come back....
So when I'm talking time for complete install I obviously mean just the hours/days spent working/installing.
I actually think this work could be done with two men in 3-4 weeks.
