title 24 compliant lighting controller

a dumb question...... here goes:

i need a 6 pole lighting contactor that is Calif. title 24 compliant,
for a commercial occupancy. cost is a consideration. this is just
a small commercial building, about 3000 sq. ft. we are not building
the space shuttle here or anything.

it needs to have after hours override, etc.

i know intermatic makes some of this, among others.

anyone out there have one they like and are familiar with, and
would be willing to share make and model number?
