I just sat for the Tennessee CE exam yesterday. It is required for an unrestricted state license. I used a large amount of Holt material which I found helped quite a bit. I missed passing by 3 points! Aargh. There seemed to be a lot of questions about residential load calcs, motor calcs, transformer calcs. Also some OSHA related questions. That gives me some focus for the next try. Any experience with this out there? I also wonder what the typical amount of experience and schooling folks have prior to sitting for this exam. That might apply to other states as well, I imagine.
